Privacy

Privacy practices for this website.

This policy explains the information the site collects, why it is used, how long it is reviewed, and how to ask questions or exercise a privacy request.

Who is responsible for the website

Dispatch Tech, Inc., located at 4161 Home Ave., San Diego, CA 92105, operates this website and the consultation request form. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page or discussed by calling 858-344-3988.

Information collected

The consultation form collects first and last name, business email, optional company and telephone number, selected service interest, message, consent version, submission time, request status, and a generated reference number.

The server also processes limited technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network address, request headers, browser information, requested route, and timing. For form throttling, the application creates a one-way hash from request information and email. The raw network address is not stored in the consultation table.

Purposes and legal basis

Information is used to receive and respond to requested business inquiries, assess service fit, protect the form from abuse, maintain records of consent and follow-up, troubleshoot the site, comply with law, and protect rights and systems. The form is not a marketing subscription. The website does not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, chat widgets, or embedded social media.

How information is disclosed

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the application, database, storage, network, and security services. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or act on the user's direction. The website does not sell consultation information.

Retention

Each consultation request receives a review-after date 90 days from submission. Records are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless continued retention is necessary for active follow-up, security, dispute resolution, legal duties, or an agreed service relationship. Rate-limit records are retained only while operationally useful for abuse prevention.

Your choices and requests

You may ask Dispatch Tech to access, correct, or delete consultation information through the contact page. The business may need to verify the request and may retain information where permitted or required. California law provides specific rights in defined circumstances; this policy does not assert that every statutory regime applies to Dispatch Tech or every visitor.

Security

The application uses encrypted transport, field validation, same-origin submission checks, consent evidence, abuse-prevention controls, restricted response caching, security headers, and database access controls. No system is completely secure, and this policy is not a guarantee against every incident.

Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and the form should not be used to provide information about a child.

Changes

The policy may change when the website, vendors, practices, or law changes. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published.
